DECEMBER MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Our monthly membership meeting will be held on Thursday December 6th at 8am at the Mt Airy Fire Hall (corner of Watersville Rd and Main St, park
at the rear/lower level and enter through the back doors). We will have our usual hour of introductions, committee reports, and discussions of new and old business. Remember that minutes of all our monthly meetings can be found on the
Chamber website at www.mtairybusiness.com Every month members also get to see all the advertising, newspaper coverage and correspondence for the past month.

DECEMBER CARD EXCHANGE
Our next Business Card Exchange will be held Thursday December 6, 4pm - 7pm at the Calvary United Methodist Church, 403 S. Main St, Mount
Airy. The event is co-hosted by Mount Airy Dent Repair & Freedom Carpet Cleaning.

THE 2008 PHONE BOOK

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE REPORT
Our 5th Annual Chamber Membership Drive event was held November 15th at Century Ford. The grand door prize of a snowblower from the Tractor Supply Co, was won by new member James Crutchfield of Raggo Advertising Products.
Our thanks go to Joe DeGiorgi and his staff at Century, and to Frank Illiano and Katie Scheel of New York J & P Pizza for catering this event for us for the fifth year running.

2008 COMMUNITY EXPO
The 2008 Community Expo will be held Saturday, April 19th from 9 am - 4 pm at the Mt Airy Volunteer Fire Co’s Activities Grounds. For more information and a downloadable application, please visit the Chamber website at
