The Greater Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce Business Advisory Council is designed to give business owners and entrepreneurs who are or wish to do business in and around Mount Airy, Maryland the benefit of their experience in doing business in this area.
 
How can our past experiences help you navigate your own business in the Mt. Airy community?  Call or email any of our volunteers and we will do our best to give you the benefits of having “been there, done that” in our own businesses. Our only desire is to give back to the business community of which we are a part!!!

Disclaimer: The GMACC provides the Business Advisory Council to local businesses and prospective business owners as a public service. Advisors offer only general advice on business matters at no charge under the following conditions:  (1) no professional relationship is formed by the asking of questions or the giving of answers; questions asked an Advisor are not a substitute for the formation of a professional relationship; and the person seeking advice (the Recipient) is not entitled to rely on the Advisor in that capacity in any financial, legal or tax matter, but the identity of the Recipient and the nature of questions shall be kept confidential; (2) no fees are charged or paid, advice is never offered contingent on the Advisor providing future products or services to the Recipient and no inducement is offered to the Recipient to retain the Advisor, but the Recipient may freely choose to employ or retain the Advisor; (3) the extent of advice is at the discretion of the Advisor, who may refer the Recipient to other Advisors or other business owners who may not be members of the Council and might charge for advice, and any Advisor decline to answer a question or provide advice in a particular area; (4) advice is not for public dissemination by the Recipient, and the Advisor shall not be quoted nor shall the advice be reproduced or summarized in any publication.
